OFFER :

Our offer is valid within the limits of available stocks. Any order implies acceptance of prices and product descriptions.

PRICE :

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included.

COMMANDE :

Orders are placed on our site www.friloue-location.com or by phone at +33 6 75 43 61 50.

AVAILABILITY :

The information on the availability of products are provided when sending your contract by email after booking via the website. In the event that a product is unavailable after your reservation, we will notify you by email. Your order will be canceled.

PAYMENT :

The payment of your purchases is made :

If paying by check, it must be issued by a bank domiciled in France. The setting with the cashing of the check is performed upon receipt of the check.

DELIVERY :

The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the booking process. We deliver within 20 km of Ruoms. Delivery is triggered when you call, when you are at your rental location.

SHIPPING :

Delivery fees are indicated on the reservation form for all our products.

HOURS DELIVERY AND RETURN :

Hours deliveries : Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 21:00

Returns schedules : Monday to Sunday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

PERSONAL INFORMATION :

The information and data about you is required to manage your rental and our trade relations. They will not be passed on to other companies. Under the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right to access and correct personal data. Simply write to contact@friloue-location.com, indicating your name, first name, email and address. You will be likely to receive offers from our company. If you no longer want, you can always give us a request.
Moreover the law applicable in case of dispute is the French law.
